Exchanges
How to start an Exchange
To begin an exchange, please contact us via email at urbanlibas95@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the new item(s) you would like to receive.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) in exchange.
- If the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will also cover the return shipping costs. However, if the exchange is due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect size, the customer will need to pay for return shipping.
Condition for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
